All sausages are sold in packets of 6, which is approximately 600g.
FRESH RANGE
LINCOLNSHIRE SAUSAGES
Traditional English sausage that is lightly spiced with pepper & sage. One of the UK’s favorite sausages.
BEST USE: Good for breakfasts, and traditional home cooked meals such as ‘Toad In The Hole’ or ‘Pigs In Blankets’.
CUMBERLAND SAUSAGES
Probably England’s most famous sausage, with an abundance of spices and flavours, including pepper,
nutmeg, and sage.
BEST USE: Good for breakfasts, and traditional home cooked meals such as ‘Bangers & Mash’.
PORK & APPLE SAUSAGES
This is an all-round sausage with apple flavours. Good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Big favourite with the kids due to its sweetness and subtle flavours.
BEST USE: All round sausage that could be used as a quick dinner, cold for lunches, or even the weekend BBQ.
ITALIAN FARMHOUSE
This sausage has an Italian past, with a family twist from our old butcher’s shop.
BEST USE: Dinners, BBQs and platters.
BASQUE CHORIZO
Sausage with more flavours than we dare to count. This is a fresh version of the famous Cured Spanish Chorizo, and the Fresh Chistorra from Basque Country.

One of our most versatile sausages, with its smooth texture and subtle spices.
BEST USE: Perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner and BBQ's.
AUSSIE SNAG
This sausage has a range of subtle flavors and is more robust for use on the BBQ.

A traditional Dutch sausage bosting hints of cinnamon, sage, and lightly salted. A smooth texture sausage which is smoked to create a delicious crisp bite!

JALAPENO & CHEDDAR
A beautiful rich sausage. Smokey, cheesy, and a little spicy. So many flavors in each bite!

A highly seasoned sausage. Smooth on the inside, with a crisp bite on the outside.
